In the event your call time has passed and you'd like to find another time to speak, reach out to our help team using the blue chat bubble on the bottom-right of your screen. We can help you get back in touch with the organization to reschedule!
Missed 1-Hour Phone Consultations
We encourage you to reach out directly to the organization through the email provided in your dashboard. You can also use this email in case you want to follow up with the organization after your call!
Note: Phone Consultations are automatically marked as complete following your scheduled call time, so please be sure to reach out to the organization if you couldn't make your call. In the event you are having difficulties rescheduling, please reach out to our team using the blue chat bubble at the bottom-right of your screen.
