So you missed or couldn't connect on your call, now what? No need to worry - one of the following scenarios should be able to help you access your call or reschedule it!


Project Interviews: Within Scheduled Call Time

If you heard your phone ring but weren't able to pick up your call, you can call back into the meeting using the dial-in and PIN provided on your dashboard and confirmation email.

Project Interviews: After the Scheduled Call Time

In the event your call time has passed and you'd like to find another time to speak, please reach out to the Organization using either a messaging portal or their email (found on your dashboard) to connect and propose alternate times to meet.


Missed 1-Hour Phone Consultations

We encourage you to reach out directly to the Organization through the email provided in your dashboard. This is exactly why we provide both parties with each other's email addresses upon matching. You can also use this email in case you want to follow up with the Organization after your call!

Phone consultations are automatically marked as complete following your scheduled call time, so please be sure to reach out to the Organization if you couldn't make your call.
