Our Terms of Service lays it all out for you, but here are some quick answers to common questions about project ownership.

1. Your Organization owns the rights to project deliverables. All deliverables that a Volunteer creates through a Catchafire engagement are considered "work for hire" under U.S. copyright law. This means that the Organization ultimately owns the right to these deliverables.

2. Volunteers have the right to feature project deliverables in their portfolio. Volunteers are permitted to feature the work they've completed through Catchafire in their portfolios, to advertise their services, or for non-commercial purposes.

Any questions? Feel free to reach out to us using the blue chat bubble on the bottom-right of your screen (for keyboard-only and screen-reader users, please email us at help@catchafire.org)!
