So you missed your call, now what? No need to worry, our team oftentimes finds any of the following scenarios can help you access your call or reschedule it.
Dialing into your call
If you heard your phone ring but weren't able to pick your call you can also access the meeting by using the dial-in and PIN provided to you on your dashboard.
Rescheduling your call
In the event your call time has passed and you need to reschedule, you can propose new times within your dashboard. Just scroll to your project and select reschedule to propose alternate times.
Should you miss your phone ponsultation we encourage you to reach out directly to your volunteer. Upon matching we provide both parties with each other's email addresses in the event you want to follow up, or miss your call.
Phone consultations are automatically marked as complete following your scheduled call time, so please be sure to reach out to your volunteer if you couldn't make your call! In event you are having difficulties rescheduling, you can always reach out to our team.
