Couldn't connect with your volunteer on your call? There are several things you can do to get back on track!

Reschedule

Send your volunteer new times to chat by clicking on the "Reschedule with..." option on your dashboard. Don't forget - you'll have to send at least 5 times to reschedule.

Chat with your volunteer to check in and see if they ran into any issues while connecting to the call. From there, you can feel free to reschedule outside of our system. Don't forget to come back to your dashboard and either start your project or pass on the volunteers application!
