We understand things can come up that leave you unable to conduct your 1-hour phone consultation, so if you need to cancel it, doing so is easy!
Cancelling a 1-Hour Phone Consultation: Pre-Match
If you need to cancel your phone call before you've found a Volunteer, simply log into your Catchafire dashboard and select "Delete Phone Call."
Cancelling a 1-Hour Phone Consultation: Post-Match
In the event you have already sent out scheduling times to your Volunteer but need to cancel a phone call, no problem. Select your project within your dashboard and select "Cancel Phone Call."
Tip: It's always best to also let your Volunteer know you need to cancel (either via email or through a message using your dashboard) so they're also updated on where things stand.
