We get it, meetings can run late, or maybe you accidentally double-booked your calendar -- rescheduling your call is easy. 

Note: These instructions only apply to rescheduling pre-call. If you're looking to reconnect with an Organization after missing a call or being unable to connect on your call, look here for next steps.


Finding a New Time for Your Call

Log into your Catchafire dashboard and look for the yellow "Reschedule" box to propose alternate times. Once the Organization confirms a slot on their end, the call will be officially rescheduled and you'll receive confirmation on your dashboard and in your email.
