Having trouble accessing your account? We're here to help!

If You Forgot Your Password

Remembering your password can be tough, fortunately the fix is easy. Just select the “Forgot your Password?" button on the log-in page and we’ll send you an email to reset it.

The password reset email will be sent from no-reply@catchafire.org - if you don't receive it within a few minutes of requesting, please check your spam folder in case it was sent there. If you still don't receive it, let us know using the blue chat bubble on the bottom right of your screen (for keyboard-only and screen-reader users, please email us at help@catchafire.org). We'll get back to you ASAP!

If You Want to Change Your Password

Feeling the need to change your password? Just log into your Catchafire dashboard and select your profile picture icon in the upper right hand corner. From there, scroll to Settings where you will find the option to change your password.

Tip: For the security of your account we ask that you create a password or passphrase that is 8-64 characters long. Passphrases are a string of memorable words. For example: catchafirerocksmyworld.
